Ord. No. 387, § 7(1), adopted Dec. 10, 1993, set out provisions repealing § 54-4, which pertained to the judge having authority of justice of the peace as well as the duty of the judge in cases of state law violations and derived from the Code of 1982, § 2-3-4.
