§ 7. Meetings.

The mayor and council shall have the authority to designate by ordinance or resolution a regular date for council meetings, and shall be authorized to adjourn from day to day and from time to time as necessity shall require. Special meeting may be called at any time after three (3) hours' notice to each member of the board.
