Editor's note

The tracts of land described in sections 2.1 through 2.8 further define or add additional territory to the city. These acts are all amendatory to the Charter, but were given no section number designations as enacted. The numbering system used for their inclusion was provided by the codifier to maintain the integrity of the original Charter numbering.
