§ 15.1. Levy of sanitary tax.

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of the governing body of the City of Chamblee to exercise a sound and legal discretion in determining and levying sanitary taxes pursuant to and in conformity with the city charter as amended by this ordinance and in conformity to general laws and the constitution of this state.
