§ 85-106. Permit required.

A right-of-way encroachment permit is required prior to any of the following activities:
(1)

Before any utility does any work to construct, install, maintain, remove or relocate facilities on, along, over or under the right-of-way in the city; or

(2)

Construction adjacent to the rights-of-way in the city that require tree trimming within the rights-of-way.
