§ 78-132. Breaking or destroying curbing; permit required for entrance to property.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person to break, deface or destroy the curbing of any street, or to construct any entrance into property on any of the paved streets, unless the person shall have first obtained a permit in writing to do so from the city manager or his designated representative.
