§ 6-166. Art shop businesses.

For the purposes of this article, an art shop is defined in section 6-1 of this chapter. Art shops that allow consumption of alcohol on the premises are subject to the provisions of this article. Such establishments may not hold a license to sell and may not sell or serve any alcoholic beverages.
