§ 6-148. Package sales prohibited.

Persons holding a license to sell distilled spirits for consumption on the premises shall not be permitted to sell liquor by the package or bottle. A licensee violates this section if the licensee or the licensee's agent sells more than 85% of the entire contents of a package or bottle of distilled spirits and delivers same into a single container for a customer, even if the licensee or the licensee's agent retains the package or bottle.
