§ 6-144. Lounge.

  • (a)

    A lounge is a separate room which is:

    (1)

    Connected with, a part of, and adjacent to a restaurant; or

    (2)

    Located in a hotel.

    (b)

    In order to be eligible for a consumption on the premises license, a lounge must be arranged and maintained such that all booths, stools, and tables are open and unobstructed to the view of other customers in the lounge.

    (c)

    A lounge which is operated on a different floor, or in a separate building from, or which is not connected or adjacent to, another licensed facility shall be considered a separate establishment from such other licensed facility and shall pay a separate annual license fee.
