§ 6-216. Permitted locations.

  • A bring-your-own-bottle establishment or brown bag establishment must have a full-service kitchen and be prepared to serve food prepared on the premises every hour it is open. Except for restaurants and hotels, an establishment that seeks to be a brown bag establishment may not hold a license to sell and may not sell or serve any alcoholic beverages. It must be in a zoning district that allows a restaurant as a conforming use.
