§ 6-9. Posting of regulations regarding sales.

(a)

All licensees under this chapter shall post in a prominent location on the licensed premises, in a manner whereby it may be easily viewed by patrons, an approved sign setting forth or summarizing the laws of the city and the state in regard to the sale of alcoholic beverages to underage or intoxicated persons.

(b)

Each such sign shall be of a size and configuration approved by the police department and shall include either the language of the applicable code sections, or summaries approved by the police department.

(c)

The police department is authorized to design and have printed approved signs, which shall be made available to licensees at a price to be established by the chief of the department.
