§ 6-6. Service of notices.

  • Alcoholic beverage license applicants and licensees shall provide their current mailing address, email address, telephone number, business location address, and registered agent's contact information in writing to the city clerk with any application submitted under this chapter. Applicants and licensees shall supplement this information in writing by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the city clerk within ten working days of a change of circumstances which would render the information originally submitted inaccurate or incomplete. Applicants and licensees shall configure their email settings to ensure receipt of email messages from the "@chambleega.gov" email domain. For purposes of this chapter, notice shall be deemed delivered to a recipient when personally served, when posted at the public entrance of the recipient's business location, when transmitted to the recipient's most-recent email address on file with the city clerk, or when deposited in the United States mail with adequate postage addressed to the recipient's most-recent mailing address on file with the city clerk. Notice provided to an applicant's or licensee's registered agent by any of the foregoing means shall be deemed delivered to the applicant or licensee.
