§ 62-4. Use of tennis courts.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to use or occupy or play upon the city tennis courts for any period of time in excess of one consecutive hour when other players are in fact waiting to play and use the facilities.

(b)

No person shall be allowed or permitted to use roller skates, minibikes, wagons, tricycles, wheelbarrows or any other equipment that may damage the pavement of the tennis courts.
