§ 58-40. Responsibility of owners of public places.

It is unlawful for any person operating or having charge of any public place to knowingly permit or suffer the presence of minors under the age of 18 years in the city between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m., Friday through Saturday.
