§ 58-37. Penalty for violation of article.

Any minor violating the provisions of this article shall be dealt with in accordance with the juvenile court law and procedure. Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor violating this article shall, after having been previously notified under subsection 58-38(a), be punished as provided in section 1-6.
