§ 58-6. Peddling ice cream and similar refreshments.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to peddle, sell or offer to sell at retail upon the streets, alleys, lanes, roads or highways within the city from any automobile, truck, pushcart or other vehicle within the city any ice cream, ice cream product in modified form, or other cold or frozen food, refreshment, soft drink or delicacy.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to use any sort of musical instrument upon the streets, roads, lanes, alleys and highways within the limits of the city for the purpose of advertising and soliciting and attracting sales and customers with respect to such articles, foods and refreshments, whether the musical instrument is attached to or used in connection with a truck or vehicle which is used for making such sales.
