§ 31-78. Right to appeal.

A complainant aggrieved by a dismissal of the complaint by the hearing officer or board of ethics, or public servant adversely affected by the final decision of the city council, may appeal said decision by petition for writ of certiorari to the Superior Court of DeKalb County in accordance with state law.
