§ 31-42. No prohibition.

(a)

Nothing contained herein shall prohibit action or make it improper for action taken in the individual's private capacity or the individuals appearance before any board of the city or interaction with employees of the city in his or her private capacity as any other public citizen would in regard to their individual business or individual interests.

(b)

Except as specifically prohibited in this chapter or state law, a public servant shall be able to and is entitled to participate and vote on any matter that comes before the governing authority of the City of Chamblee.
