§ 30-1. Appointment of election officials.

The mayor and council shall by resolution annually appoint a municipal election superintendent and any other election official as is necessary, all of whom shall exercise those powers and duties set forth in the Georgia Election Code, O.C.G.A. § 21-2-1 et seq.
