§ 2-110. Sanitary service fee.

(a)

Levy. There is hereby levied and assessed on each and every dwelling and business place and on each separate unit occupied as a dwelling or a place of business in the city a sanitary service fee in an amount as established from time to time by the mayor and council.

(b)

Date of payment. The sanitary service fee shall be due and payable on or before November 20 of each year.
