§ 22-107. Suspension.

(a)

The city clerk shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend an adult establishment license for a period not to exceed 30 days if the adult establishment licensee has knowingly or recklessly violated this article or has knowingly or recklessly allowed an employee or any other person to violate this article.

(b)

The city clerk shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend an adult establishment employee license for a period not to exceed 30 days if the employee licensee has knowingly or recklessly violated this article.
