§ 18-48. Penalty for violation of article.

(a)

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to punishment as provided in section 1-6. Each violation shall constitute a separate offense, and each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

Any building or plumbing contractors, developers, etc., who violate the provisions of this article shall be subject to suspension of their right to engage in business within the city for a period of up to 90 days.
