§ 280-14. Authority to initiate.

Amendments to the future land use map, the zoning map, modifications of conditions of approval, and the text of this zoning ordinance may be initiated by the Mayor following a motion and a second, any member of the city council following a motion and a second, or by the Development Director acting on behalf of the mayor and city council. In addition, amendments to the future land use map and the zoning map or modifications to conditions of approval may be initiated upon application by the owner of the subject property or the subject property owner's authorized agent.
